HISTORY OF NAVAL WATER DISTRICT
Municipal Council Resolution No. 14 series 1980 converted the
Municipal Water Works to Naval Water District.
The turn-over of the Municipal water system to the Naval Water
District is the best option made by the Sangguniang Bayan of Naval.
It was on May 30, 1980 when the Local Water Utilities Administration
(LWUA) issued a "Conditional Certificate of Conformance No. 118"
signaling the formal creation of Naval Water District (NWD)
by authority of P.D. 198, as amended.
NWD LONG TERM OBJECTIVE
To provide better quality and quantity supply of water.
